Today’s Topic: It’s Your Faith
Scripture: And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.” Mark 5:34, ESV
Today’s Word
The lady who was healed in today’s Scripture had to push her way through a huge crowd in order to touch Jesus’ robe. There were other sick people in the crowd whom He passed by but didn’t heal. The difference was that this lady released her faith. She came with an expectancy that stopped Jesus in His tracks and received her miracle.
One reason we don’t see God’s best is because our mind is in neutral. We’re not releasing our faith. There’s no expectancy. Faith is what causes God to work. You can be at the right place at the right time, but because you’re in the wrong frame of mind, you’ll miss your miracle.
Today, are you in the right frame of mind? Do you believe that this is your day to see favor, abundance, healing, or restoration? Jesus is passing by, so to speak. He’s not moved by your needs or how big your problem is or how challenging your dream is. He’s concerned about your needs, but He’s moved by your faith. Reach out and touch Him.
Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You that my faith and expectancy can be a catalyst for You to do amazing things. Thank You that I can reach out and touch You by faith today. I believe that You are making a way, that things are changing in my favor, and that victory will be mine. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
TODAY’S INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE: Is fear of other people’s opinions holding you back? Are you sacrificing who you are because you’re addicted to approval, worried about what everyone thinks? This is your day to be free. God is doing a new thing. Where He’s about to take you is going to take boldness and courage to break out of the mold. Everyone is not going to understand. Some people won’t give you their approval. That’s okay. You’re not a Saul; you’re a David. You’re not living to please people; you’re living to please God.
